Every Monday at 7pm we will gather and sit together, working on a different theme or approach each week that will draw us deeper into ourselves so that we are better able to operate in the world from a space of love. Mindful living doesn’t just occur on the cushion. It’s a way of greeting each moment with presence and open-heartedness. The time we spend together will provide real world, active ways of integrating mindfulness into our lives with a renewed sense of what’s possible when we sink into our essential nature and animate our lives from that place. This is a donation based class and all are welcome.
