The Homeward series is about coming home to oneself. As we all know, the lynchpin of our whole experience here comes down to the quality of connection and overall awareness we have with and about our own selves. Utilizing the creative process and mindfulness practice throughout, we will spend time examining what comprises the self and from there we unpack the various aspects of self through this lens: inner child, intellect, body and essential Self. By exploring these facets of oneself, we begin the process of tracking how these various facets of who we are and the coinciding habits associated with each aspect, both benefit as well as sabotage us.
